Fluoropolymer Coatings

Fluoropolymer coatings are extremely resistant to chalking and ultraviolet deterioration and provide exceptional colourfastness.

These coatings contain an inert fluoropolymer resin base, combined with proprietary pigmentations and resin formulation to provide lasting protection.

The technology in fluoropolymer coatings provides resistance to environmental acids, alkalis and salts, as well as erosion from wind, rain, snow and sleet. Properly applied over pretreated and primed aluminum surfaces, fluoropolymer coatings will resist chipping, peeling and flaking even under extreme thermal stress.

These coatings exceed all test requirements of AAMA Specification 2605-, which covers high performance organic coatings on architectural extrusions ands panels.

• A multistage aluminum cleaning and chemical pretreatment system conforming to the American Architectural Manufacturers Association, (AAMA) Requirements: 2603/2605
